Gentle Gong Meditation
In the year 2021, we are abundant souls that need a gentle reminder to slow down, pause and digest. We need to take this time to work on creating a healthy, peaceful and serene environment for your mind and spirit.
Take a moment to slow down and take care of You. You are invited to join us to experience a sound meditation to release tension, induce deep relaxation and reduce stress/anxiety through the use of sound resonance and vibration.
What is a sound bath?
In general, a sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.
What is the purpose of a sound bath?
A sound bath is typically a way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.
