About this Event
Tired of being tired? Let's manifest a new habit to help you improve sleep deficiency. In this powerful New Moon ceremony you will be guided by a Yoga-Nidra inspired meditation. Yoga Nidra, known as yogic sleep is a practice that allows you to reach a deep level of relaxation and rest.
A 40-minute session can feel like the equivalent of 3 blissful hours of sleep. You will:
1. Be provided with a yoga mat and aromatherapy prop--lavender-scented eye-pillow (optional) to enhance your relaxation experience.
2. Be guided through a heavenly 45-minute progressive relaxation meditation by Lizbeth Ericka, and gentle movements to ground the body and reset the mind.
3. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary to participate. You will feel refreshed, renewed, and relaxed.
4. We will conclude our ceremony by gathering with Cecilia Basbus, plant-based diet coach from CB Health & Wellness to prepare and enjoy a dreamy sleep tonic (Vegan Pink Moon Milk). Share our experiences, and soak up the dreamy new moon vibe.
About your Hosts:
Lizbeth Ericka is a true Pisces! She is the founder of Holistic Living Journey, Certified Yoga Teacher, Mental Health Professional, and dabbles in Numerology and Astrology. In 2015, she made the courageous move to leave her corporate job to forge a path to educate, empower, and shift the way that individuals view health and wellness. She is a life-long learner of holistic practices in aromatherapy, ayurveda, and mindfulness.
Cecilia Basbus is a Medical Doctor, Plant Based certified Health Coach who is trying to help as many people as possible with preventive medicine at her center, CB Health and Wellness.
