About the Event
This is a class where you will learn to make many different smoothies with fruits and vegetables that will be filled with nutrients and that will keep you full and will give you all the necessary nutrients to start or finish your day.
Each class consist on 5 to 6 groups of 2 or 3 people where each group will be cooking a specific recipe and also learning from the other groups. I will explain how to do each recipe and also we will be working together to make each recipe perfect!
After all the recipes are done everybody will be tasting all each dish and talking about their experiences.
A night to spend with friends and to have a great time after work. Space is limited to up to 15 people.
