About the Event
In this class we will be learning 2 different types of plant-based burgers that are great for BBQ or grill them indoor, perfect to welcome the spring season.
Everybody will be doing the burgers from scratch, cooking them and tasting them. A fun Wednesday night.
1. Quinoa and chickpea burgers
2. Black Bean burger
3. You will also learn how to give an amazing flavor to this burger with easy homemade pickles and sauces !!
The Virtual class will be through Zoom on Wednesday May 24th at 6:30pm
The ONLINE VIRTUAL class consist of a ZOOM call in which each participant should have all the ingredients ready to start cooking all together during the call.
We will send you an email with the recipes and the ingredients list that we will be using, and we will be letting you know if you will need to prepare something before the class. Please check your spam folder. Recipes are sent a week before the class.
These classes are of 1 to 25 people.
It is recommended to use a computer with a camera, Phone, or tablet in which you will be able to show what you are cooking.
You can have some helpers with you in the kitchen while doing the class.
All classes are a fun night to spend with friends and family.
We always suggest cooking at the class instead of just watching and taking notes. It is the best way to learn and how to make all these recipes.
You DO NOT NEED fancy kitchen to cook delicious meals!!
