Gentle Gong Meditation
An amazing 1 hour experience were you will be part of a session of sounds that will be created by gongs , singing bowls and other instruments.
The event will take place in a boutique space of only 7 participants. After the event we will take 10 minutes to talk about our experiences and what we felt.
I guarantee you will leave the premises feeling relaxed and ready to take the week with a positive feeling.
In the year 2022, we are abundant souls that need a gentle reminder to slow down, pause and digest. We need to take this time to work on creating a healthy, peaceful and serene environment for your mind and spirit.
