Air fried Breaded Zucchinis

This is a very simple recipe and very flavorful. One of the best things about this recipe is that it has no oil, has lots of nutrition and also very fulfilling . I hope you like it and if you make it do not forget to leave a comment below.



Here are the ingredients :)


Ingredients :

  • 4 zucchinis.


For wet mix

  • 1 cup of chickpea flour.

  • 1 cup of water.

  • 1 tsp dried onion.

  • 1 tsp garlic powder.

  • 1 tsp Provenzal (Dried parsley and garlic)

  • Salt to taste.


Dry Mix

  • Corn flakes crumbs

  • 1 tsp dried onion.

  • 1 tsp garlic powder.

  • Salt to taste.

  • 1 tsp Provenzal (Dried parsley and garlic)


Dry bowl #2

  • whole wheat flour.


Salad

  • Mix of green leaves

  • Tomato

  • Capers

  • Balsamic vinegar


1. Mix all the ingredients of the wet mixture in a bowl.

2. Mix all the ingredients of the mixture take out in another bowl.

3. In another bowl add flour

4. Cut the zucchini into 1 cm sheets and coat in flour, then the wet mixture and finally the dry one

5. Cook in an air fryer at 350 for 10 minutes, flip them over and cook again for another 5 minutes.


Accompany with a salad of green leaves, tomato and capers and spread with mustard.
