There are many Health Coaches out there. My passion is to health people to transition into a Whole food plant based nutrition.

You may think.... why Is she doing that ??

In my journey I started as a Medical Doctor in Argentina and had a passion to change my patients illnesses with a better diet . My training was to suggest a Mediterranean diet or similar but soon realized that it helped but was not enough.

Many years after, I got sick and realized that I needed a better diet myself and started researching and found many recognized doctors that where talking about Whole food plant based nutrition and all the benefits of this type of lifestyle.

But... if I wanted to help my patients I needed to follow this lifestyle myself and the results where amazing!!!!
